A child is a father of man. So, they say. In their nascent intelligence and various types of analogies the children draw while learning the ways of fending for themselves in this world, there occurs instances and events that will make you laugh. Some of such moments have been captured here.


Billy was excited about his first day at school. So excited in fact, that only a few minutes after class started, he realised that he desperately needed to go to the toilet. So Billy raised his hand politely to ask if he could be excused.

Of course, the teacher said yes, but asked Billy to be quick.

Johnny's English teacher was a perfectionist and demanded the very best of his pupils. So, it was only to be expected that he would get furious when Little Johnny handed in a poor paper.

"This is the worst essay I have ever had the misfortune of reading," ranted the teacher.

"It has too many mistakes. I can't understand how one person would have made all these mistakes!"

"One person didn't," replied Little Johnny defensively. "My father helped me!"

A father, who worked away from home all week, always made a special effort with his family at the weekends.

Every Sunday morning he would take his daughter out for was so sick that he really didn't feel like driving at all. Luckily, his wife came to the rescue and decided that for this week she would take their daughter out.

They returned just before lunch and the little girl ran upstairs to see her father.
"Well" the father asked, "did you enjoy your ride with Mommy?"

"Oh yes! Daddy" the girl replied, "and do you know what, we didn't see a single bastard!"

Anna, 6 years old, gets home from school. She just had her first family planning lesson at school.

Her mother, very interested, asks, " How did it go?"

"I died of shame!" She answers!

"Why?" Her Mother asked.

Anna said, "Karen from down the road, says that the stork brings babies. Sally next door said you can buy babies at the orphanage. Peter in my class says you can buy babies at the hospital."

Her mother answers laughingly, "But that's no reason to be ashamed?"

"No, but I can't tell them that we were so poor that you and daddy had to make me yourselves!"

A stranger was seated next to Little Johnnie on the plane when the stranger turned to the boy and said, "Let's talk. I've heard that flights will go quicker if you strike up a conversation with your fellow passenger."
Little Johnnie, who had just opened his book, closed it slowly, and said to the stranger, "What would you like to discuss?"

As Joe was trying to pack for vacation, his 3-year-old daughter was having a great time playing on the bed.

At one point, she said, "Daddy, look at this," and stuck out two of her fingers.

Trying to keep her entertained, he reached out and stuck her fingers in his mouth and said, "Daddy's gonna eat your fingers!" pretending to eat them before he rushed out of the room again.

When Joe returned, his daughter was standing on the bed staring at her fingers with a devastated look on her face and tears streaming down her face...

Joe said, "What's wrong honey?"

Dejected, sad and broken, she looked up at him and said, "Daddy, where's my booger?
